Blue Diamond Lustre Machine Washable Entrance Mat

The Lustre Entrance Mat is a hard-wearing mat designed for busy entranceways in public buildings such as schools, universities, sports facilities, shopping centres, and supermarkets. Its heavy-duty twisted polyamide fibres absorb water and scrub dirt effectively, acting as a guardian against dirt and water ingress into the building.

Available in a range of colours to suit almost every brand or interior decor, these mats are a cost-effective way to lower cleaning costs and prolong the lifespan of flooring by removing dirt and water at the door. They can also increase safety by preventing slips both while passing over the mat and by preventing water buildup on hard floors within the building.

At only 9mm tall, this low-profile mat features a tapered black surround and backing made from 100% nitrile rubber, enhancing its durability and ensuring it stays in place. For ease of maintenance, the Lustre mat is machine washable at 40 degrees Celsius, meaning it is easy to keep clean for any business without the use of expensive mat maintenance services.

Slip Resistant Level 2

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Water Absorption 2

This mat has great water absorption qualities.

Crush Resistant Level 2

This mat has a crush resistance rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it is suitable for medium-duty applications with medium loads applied to the matting.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.

Soil Resistance Level 2

This rating indicates the weight of dust and dirt the mat can collect and cope with. With a score of 2 out of 3, this mat is suitable for use in areas with a medium level of dirt ingress that needs capturing.

Zone 3

Zone 3 mats are the finishing touch. They dry off any remaining water on shoes; these should be placed after zone 2 mats or even internally between offices or rooms.

Flame Retardant

This mat has flame-retardant properties, slowing and restricting the spread of fire.

Washable To 40°C
