Blue Diamond Chequer Plate Anti-fatigue Mat Single Bar - 1200mm Width

The Chequer Plate Rubber Matting with a Single bar design is great for areas where protection from impact as well high traction is required. It is equally at home on a workbench countertop as it is on the floor where it can provide excellent protection against tools and hardware being used.

The chequer plate design provides exceptional grip in all directions making it perfect for walkways and deployment along busy work assembly lines. Supplied in a 10m roll, this matting is very easily trimmed to size on-site with no specialist equipment required, making installation easy for any maintenance team.

This mat's overall thickness is 3mm, making it perfect for use with trolleys or in care homes where higher-profile matting can pose a trip hazard for people with mobility issues.

Slip Resistant Level 2

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 1

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Impact Resistant

It is suitable for areas where there is a high chance of impacts striking the matting and will also protect the underlying surface from impacts.

Wheeled Area

Designed for use with wheeled equipment like trolleys and pallet trucks.

Suitable for Indoor Use

This mat is suitable for indoor use only.

Cut To Length
