Blue Diamond Brushway Entrance Mat

The Brushway mat features a unique design with high and low ridges, making it excellent at wiping dirt and debris from the bottom of shoes. It is ideal for busy lobby areas and entrances to supermarkets, shops, schools, and offices.

Backed with a slip-resistant base made from heavy-duty vinyl, the mat stays in position once deployed and will seldom move with traffic. The edges of the mat are bevelled, making it easier to traverse due to the lack of raised edges.

The Brushway entrance mat is a great water absorber and fine dirt collection mat that can be used to prevent dust and fine debris from escalating cleaning costs within a building. It comes in a range of colours that allow it to fit right in within almost any establishment.

Slip Resistant Level 3

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

Water Absorption 3

This mat has excellent water absorption qualities.

Crush Resistant Level 2

This mat has a crush resistance rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it is suitable for medium-duty applications with medium loads applied to the matting.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Soil Resistance Level 3

This rating indicates the weight of dust and dirt the mat can collect and cope with. With a score of 3 out of 3 (the best score), this mat is suitable for use in areas with a high level of dirt ingress that needs capturing.

Zone 3

Zone 3 mats are the finishing touch. They dry off any remaining water on shoes; these should be placed after zone 2 mats or even internally between offices or rooms.

Zone 2

This mat is specifically designed to capture fine debris and additional water that may not be collected by an external mat. Place it just inside entranceways and lobbies to wipe shoes clean and collect an extra 20% of dirt that external mats may miss.
