Traffic-Line Heavy Duty Loading Dock & Wall Buffers 1000mm

These heavy duty loading bay bumper guards are perfect for protecting loading bays from being worn away by constant knocks from reversing vehicles. Not only do they protect the dock from impacts, but they also protect the vehicle. Available in a range of sizes, they can be deployed not only on docks but also in busy warehouses where trolleys and other material-handling equipment may impact walls.

Supplied in 1000mm (1 metre) long lengths, these bumpers are easy to install and made from a hollow, hard-wearing, anti-ageing polyurethane with a yellow steel backing that allows for extra shock absorption whilst retaining strength. The polyurethane makeup of this product makes it far harder-wearing and longer-lasting than its traditional rubber alternatives. 

Three sizes mean that you can install a product that is specifically suited to your installation, allowing you to protect from cars, vans and even HGV trailer nudges. We recommend the 100mm x 80mm profile specifically for loading docks due to its extra deep profile.
