UltraCrete M60 60 Minute Traffic Bedding Mortar 25kg

UltraCrete M60 is a rapid-strength bedding mortar that sets in just 20 minutes! Ready to open to traffic in 60 minutes, traffic flowing again. Intended for use with all access covers as well as rapid bonding of granite setts, emergency concrete repairs and flags. Conforming to HAPAS and HD27/15, ensuring this product meets industry standards and is fit for purpose. Pre-blended for convenience and accuracy. No need to spend precious time trying to figure out the correct ratio, guaranteeing excellent results.

M60 achieves an exceptional bond strength without the use of a primer. No need to worry about shrinkage, as this is compensated for. Save time and complete your project much more efficiently, as its workability is 5–10 minutes.

Achieves 24N/mm² compressive strength in 1hour. Can be used from Depth: 10mm-75mm in one pass. Available in a 25kg bag or bucket, which is made from recycled material, fully recyclable, helping ensure we remain sustainable!

After laying your bedding material and it is set you can use our backfill material Ultracrete QC10 or alternatively our QC10F which is a flowable product.
