UltraCrete M60 is engineered for situations where time matters. This rapid strength bedding mortar reaches initial set in just 20 minutes and allows surfaces to reopen to traffic within 60 minutes even at 5 degrees Celsius, reducing disruption on site and keeping projects moving. It is designed for use with all access covers and is equally effective for the rapid bonding of granite setts, flag installations and emergency concrete repairs, making it a reliable choice for demanding applications.

Built to meet industry standards, UltraCrete M60 is HAPAS approved and compliant with HD27/15, ensuring it is fit for purpose on highways and civil projects. The pre-blended formulation removes guesswork from mixing, delivering consistent performance every time. It develops exceptional bond strength without the need for a primer, is fully shrinkage compensated, and offers a practical 5–10 minute working time to support efficient installation without compromising results.

Performance remains consistent across a wide range of conditions, achieving 24N/mm² compressive strength within one hour and allowing application depth of 10mm to 75mm in a single pass. Supplied in 25kg bags or buckets, the bucket format is manufactured from recycled, fully recyclable material to support sustainability targets. Once the bedding has set, UltraCrete QC10 or the flowable QC10F can be used as backfill.
