Where is my order?

You should have received tracking information once your order was dispatched. If you have not received this tracking information or cannot locate it please call us on 01905 794 875 or email sales@startsafety.uk.

Please have your order number, delivery postcode and name to hand so that we can quickly find your order on the system.

Please note: We occasionally have to use specialist couriers who do not automatically provide tracking, we will often still be able to track down your consignment manually so please give us a call or drop us a message and we will help.

My order has arrived damaged? What do I do?

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition, accidents happen and couriers are sometimes not as careful as they should be.

Please sign for the item as damaged if any external packaging is showing signs of damage. If the product is obviously beyond use please outright refuse the delivery.

If you open your order and it is damaged please take a photo of the damage. You can then contact our customer service team who will do their best to remedy the situation. Please email us on sales@startsafety.uk with a photo of the damage or problem.

You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery for any damaged products.

I want to cancel my order

We all change our mind about things, if you have only just placed your order please contact us on 01905 794 875 or by email to sales@startsafety.uk.

If you already have your items on site we recommend looking at our Returns Policy page where you can find all the information and your rights to make a return and cancel your order.

I need technical support with a product.

No problem, we are here to help. You can contact us in a number of ways to get technical advice and guidance.

If emailing or using the contact form please include as many details as possible so that our technical team can answer your query as quickly as possible.

If you have any drawings, photos or diagrams that may be relevant please include them.

Can you install an item for me?

We sure can, we have an installation service which you can use the following Installation Form for.

Our installation service is only available in certain locations.

Can I collect my order?

Of course, if you are in a hurry and want to collect same day please contact us before setting out so that we can check we have everything you need before you set out.

Otherwise please go through the checkout and choose the collection option, we will then contact you to let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Collections can be made from our warehouse at: Start Safety, Drury Lane, Martin Hussingtree, Worcester, WR3 8TD. We are less than 5 minutes from J6 of the M5!

I need a VAT Receipt

We send out PDF vat receipts once all items on an order have been shipped. If you have not reiceved your VAT receipt or require a copy please contact accounts@startsafety.uk or call 01905 794 875 and choose the option for accounts.

Please include or have to hand your order details, email address and delivery postcode.

Can you send me a pro-forma invoice for some goods I require?

If you need a pro-forma please let us know what you need by contacting us on 01905 794 875 or emailing us at sales@startsafety.uk.

I need a specific measurement of a product, can you help?

Yes, please contact us through chat or our contact form and ask, we will then get back to you as quickly as possible with the information required.

I have special instructions relating to the delivery of my order.

If there are any delivery restrictions or other offloading requirements please let us know using the comments box on the checkout.

Please note: Although we will always do our best to accommodate specific requirements we cannot always guarantee the service paid for supports them. Where possible we will advise if there is an additional fee to support your request.

Do I need to be in when my order arrives?

It depends what you have ordered. If you have chosen a royal mail service at checkout then you will not need to be in. Otherwise we require that you leave a comment granting permission for us to leave the parcel or delivery in a safe place for you.

For some larger items we will need someone on site to sign for the delivery, and where required drive a forklift to unload goods.

Do you offer custom products and custom branding?

Yes, keep an eye out for products that have a "Custom Branding FAQ" on them, or give us a call and speak to us.

Each item is different, sometimes we can customise a single item and other times there will be a minimum order for custom products.

How do I order?
