Blue Diamond Tuff-Tile HD Textured Floor Matting Tile 50x50cm

The Tuff Tile HD is modular matting made from recycled materials designed for use in industrial and heavy commercial environments. Its impact and crush resistance make it the ideal choice for protecting existing floor surfaces, cutting out expensive repair bills. The highly durable nature of this mat allows it to be used with forklift traffic and other wheeled materials handling equipment such as trolleys and pallet trucks. 

The upper surface of this mat is non-slip, making it ideal for areas with high foot traffic. Its anti-fatigue rating also offers relief for those who are standing for long periods of time. When deployed on assembly lines or in garages and workshops, this matting can help relieve foot fatigue, allowing workers to be more productive and better focused. 

As a modular system, they can be quickly deployed without any special tools. Edging strips can be installed around the outer edge, which adds a graduated leading ramp. These can be contrasted in bright yellow, highlighting the slightly raised profile of the mat, making transitioning between surfaces safer. With its chemical-resistant and hard-wearing properties, this Tuff Tile HD textured mat is a great all-rounder for tough environments.

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.
