    We all know not to run around the sides of swimming pools due to wet tiles being as slippery as ice. Still, even with the best care, this slippery combination can lead to slips and accidents that can be easily avoided using poolside swimming pool matting. Designed specifically for use around the outside edges of a swimming pool or in changing rooms where standing water can be an issue, these mats improve traction whilst also providing a range of secondary benefits, including impact absorption and sound deadening.

    With a selection of styles available, we have a solution for every setting, including spas, locker rooms, and changing rooms where bare feet, water, and hard floors are used. With various colours within the range it allows you to tailor the appearance to the brand or colour scheme used in the building; we also have wood-effect matting that fits straight into high-end facilities. 

    One often overlooked function of these mats is that they are free-draining, allowing water to pass through them straight into drains, making the top surface dry out quickly. Many of the mats also have antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, enhancing hygiene in these high-traffic areas.

    Anti-slip

    It may seem obvious but make sure that your chosen solution is anti-slip and serves its primary purpose. Some cheaper mats available do not offer the slip resistance of our products.

    Free Draining

    A quality swimming pool floor mat should be free draining allowing water to flow through into drains keeping the top surface clear of water improving traction.

    Noise Control

    Non-slip hard floor surfaces are generally very hard and, therefore, make a space's acoustics very noisy with lots of echoes. Anti-slip swimming pool mats are often softer and have intricate details that can make an area quieter by reducing echos.
