Blue Diamond Kumfi Tile Interlocking PVC Anti-slip Matting Tile

The Kumfi Tile PVC interlocking matting is an easy-to-lay matting system that can be deployed in areas where extra traction is required or where grease, oil, water, or swarf are an issue. Available in a range of colours, these small 30cm tiles allow you to tailor the installation to any complicated shapes you may need to accommodate while also creating colour-coded zones if required.

With its open-top design and raised from the floor underside, fluids can freely drain, making this matting perfect for indoor or outdoor use and easy to clean. Its soft PVC construction makes the mat durable yet still allows it to offer fatigue-reducing support and cushioning.

Cleaning this mat is easy, as it can be unclipped into smaller sections and lifted away. It is also resistant to many common chemicals (see the datasheet for a full list). This is ultimately a great mat for a range of commercial and industrial applications, including catering, manufacturing, healthcare, sports, and even animal care applications.

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

BlueDiamond_Anti Fatigue Level 2

Anti Fatigue Level 2

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.
