Cone Sleeve Adhesive - Spray Contact Adhesive

This high strength spray adhesive is perfect for bonding replacement cone sleeves onto traffic cones that need a refresh. It comes in a simple to use 500ml aerosol that can be used to quickly recondition traffic cones without the hassle of spray machines, brushes or rollers.

Cone Sleeve Adhesive Use Guide;

  1. Ensure that the cone and replacement sleeve are clean, dry and free of oil and grease.
  2. Turn cone onto side so not to get overspray on cone base
  3. Spray the area covered by the cone sleeve on the traffic cone, and the inside of the cone sleeve.
  4. Wait approximately 1 minute
  5. Drop the sleeve over the cone, adjusting where necessary to ensure it is in the correct position.
  6. Allow 4-5 minutes to for the adhesive to fully cure before stacking the cones.

After use you will need to clear the nozzle allowing the use of the remaining adhesive. This can be done by turning the can upside down and spraying until no further adhesive is expelled.
