Rubber Wall Corner Guards

These rubber corner protectors are a key part of our barrier range and more specifically our impact protection range. They are a great way to protect vulnerable corners within warehouses, car parks, loading docks. They are sufficiently padded that they will protect walls from impacts minor road vehicle impacts and forklift scrapes.

Our bumper guards are easy to install into masonry or concrete with wall plugs and screws. They are pre-drilled saving time and effort, simply hold them at the desired height on the wall mark your holes and you are ready to go.

These wall guards are available in two standard profiles, these are Bullnose and Standard. Both profiles incorporate a reflective chevron marking. These should be orientated with the “arrow” pointing upward when installed.

Installing Your New Corner Guards

The installation process for these corner protectors could not be easier.

  • Position the protector at the desired height on the wall. Keep in mind what size of vehicles use the entrance or frequently pass the corner.
  • Use a pencil to mark through the six mounting holes.
  • Drill the six holes with a suitable masonry bit for the fixings being used.
  • Insert wall plugs into the drilled holes and place the corner guard back into position.
  • Screw appropriate screws into the wall plugs.

Where Are Rubber Corner Guards Used?

You should look to position your corner guards at an appropriate height and on vulnerable corners. The height required will be dictated by the types of vehicles that operate on your site. For most installations the top of the guard will be positioned around 1 metre from the floor.
