Blue Diamond PennyDot Rubber Matting - 1200mm Width

This PennyDot Rubber Mating from Blue Diamond is ideal for covering large areas of flooring and work surfaces on a budget. It is extremely cost-effective and comes in two thicknesses, allowing you to tailor it to the task at hand.

The dot design of the PennyDot rubber matting makes it slip-resistant, making it perfect for high-traffic areas with many pedestrians. This matting is frequently installed in vehicle interiors and van beds, as it can prevent damage to loading areas by acting as a wear layer and preventing tools and equipment from sliding around.

Easily cut on-site without specialist tools, this matting can be shaped to go around supports or have intricate shapes. Due to its simplistic design, this 100% natural rubber matting is great for areas where animals are present, such as dog groomers or livery enclosures, as it can be easily wiped down and provides the traction that animals require when moving over hard concrete floors.

Slip Resistant Level 2

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 1

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.

Impact Resistant

Suitable for areas where there is a high chance of impacts striking the matting, it will also protect the underlying surface from impacts.

Wheeled Area

Designed for use with wheeled equipment like trolleys and pallet trucks.

Suitable for Indoor Use

This mat is suitable for indoor use only.
