Blue Diamond Rubber Rib Anti-slip Mat

This Rubber Rib Matting is a great low cost rubber matting solution suitable for multiple applications. It is available in two different thicknesses, either 3 or 6mm and features anti-fatigue properties as well as good slip resistance ratings and wear resistance.

If you’re looking for a mat that is suitable for your workplace then you can use the rubber rib as work bench matting as it is suitable to be used on work benches as well as protective floor matting. The benefits of using a mat like this on your work bench is it helps to stop tools, components and the item you are working on from sliding around.

Another key application for the rubber rib matting is for use with animals. Either as an animal grooming mat or as a rubber kennel matting. The high traction surface and easy to clean finish of the mat make it a great solution for use with animals as it reduces the risk of slips for handlers as well as any potential damage to the surface you’re working on.

The Rubber Rib matting is available to order in two different thicknesses, either 3 or 6mm and in three different widths, 90, 100 or 120cm. Each roll is 10m long, but can be purchased in 1 metre increments.

Slip Resistant Level 2

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 1

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.

Impact Resistant

Suitable for areas where there is a high chance of impacts striking the matting, it will also protect the underlying surface from impacts.

Wheeled Area

Designed for use with wheeled equipment like trolleys and pallet trucks.

Cut To Length

We can cut this mat to length at the factory from a standard-width roll, allowing you to order mats that are the correct size for your working area.

Cut To Size

This mat can be cut to size at the factory (width and length) should you have any special sizing requirements that are not met by the default range.

Disability Friendly

This mat is suitable for use by those with wheelchairs, mobility scooters or walking frames.

Dry Area

Suitable for use in dry areas.

Can be glued

This mat can be fixed to the floor with glue or other adhesive.
