Blue Diamond Rubber Rib Electrical Anti-slip Mat BS EN 61111 Class 0 - 1000V

This BS EN 61111 matting offers insulation against working voltages up to 1000V. It is compliant with BS EN 61111 (2009) Class 0, meaning it meets all the requirements of this standard for flame retardancy, acid and oil resistance, and slip and mechanical puncture resistance. 

This matting is perfect for deploying on floors along switch boxes, control panels, and repair workstations in factories, repair shops, and electrical engineering and fabrication shops, where it can significantly reduce the risks of electric shocks.

Made from 100% natural rubber, this 6mm thick matting is supplied in 10-metre rolls and can be quickly deployed wherever it is needed on-site. It instantly enhances safety by reducing slip risks, allowing engineers and staff to move with confidence,

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

BlueDiamond_Anti Fatigue Level 1

Anti Fatigue Level 1

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.
