Blue Diamond Spaghetti Site Mat PVC Industrial Matting

Spaghetti site mat industrial matting is available in two colours: yellow or red. Both colours are very bright and vibrant, helping to highlight designated walkways on construction sites and in industrial environments. As a level 2 anti-slip mat, the spaghetti mat is essential to reducing slipping and falling on your worksite.

This matting's Heavy-Duty Spaghetti PVC construction makes it extremely durable. It offers excellent water absorption and great UV resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor construction applications.

With a wear resistance level of 2, this mat is perfectly suitable for medium to high footfall. Its reversible nature will also help increase its working lifespan. At only 12mm thick, this mat is suitable for wheelchair use and for use with trollies and carts.

The spaghetti site mat walkway matting is made from 100% PVC and comes in a roll 1200mm wide and 12m long. If required, you can also cut this mat to fit your size.

Slip Resistant Level 2

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 1

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.

Soil Resistance Level 2

This rating indicates the weight of dust and dirt the mat can collect and cope with. With a score of 2 out of 3, this mat is suitable for use in areas with a medium level of dirt ingress that needs capturing.

Chemical Resistant

UV Resistant

This UV-resistant matting makes it suitable for outdoor use or in areas with heavy UV exposure.

Flame Retardant

This mat has flame-retardant properties, slowing and restricting the spread of fire.
