Blue Diamond Interflex Hazard Multi-use Flexible Anti-slip Matting

The Interflex Hazard Matting is a heavy-duty free-draining mat with a high-contrast yellow strip along its edge. This strip highlights the mat's boundaries for those working in the area, preventing trips. The mat's design and construction make it suitable for indoor and outdoor use improving traction whilst staying clear of water and debris.

Designed for welding and heavy fabrication, the Interflex Hazard mat is oil, grease, and chemical resistant. It is also suitable for use in areas where heavy items are being worked on.

The Interflex Hazard mat is easy to install, as it is supplied in rolls that can be cut to length on-site. Should you need to install a longer or wider length, multiple units can be connected together with joining clips (available separately). This means that in-house maintenance teams can quickly deploy this matting to improve safety without specialist knowledge or tools.

Key features

Slip Resistant Level 2

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 2

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Chemical Resistant

Cut To Length

We can cut this mat to length at the factory from a standard-width roll, allowing you to order mats that are the correct size for your working area.

Cut To Size

This mat can be cut to size at the factory (width and length) should you have any special sizing requirements that are not met by the default range.
