Riding of Pedal Cycles Prohibited Post Mounted Sign - 951 R2/RA2 (Face Only)
Diagram 951 is a circular regulatory sign to prohibit the use of bicycles on a pedestrian route. Alternatively, it can be used to keep cycles off of main roads such as dual carriageways which use the national speed limit.
You will usually see this sign marking pedestrian routes in housing estates which are not suited for cycling, it is encouraged that these areas have suitable facilities for cyclists to make the area more accessible though. The sign should not be used to mark where a pedestrian and cycle route ends.
This sign does not use a supplementary plate.
Diagram 951 is available to order at 300mm, 450mm and 600mm, as the sign's message is directed at cyclists who will usually not be travelling fast enough to require a bigger size. Please contact our sales team to arrange alternative sizing if required, however.
