The NEW Commander 9ltr Fluorine-Free Foam Fire Extinguisher is PFAS free, identifiable by The Green Crosshair on the cylinder, and features a 27A 183B fire rating. The internationally recognised BS Kitemark further assures this dependability in design, performance and manufacturing. Specified for installation in settings where there is a Class B (flammable liquids) risk in enclosed spaces, the new Commander range of fluorine-free foam fire extinguishers work by creating a dense foam blanket that rapidly spreads above the fuel surface of the fire, suppressing the oxygen supply which quickly extinguishes the fire. This creates a cooling effect that prevents reignition.
