Blue Diamond Workzone Multi-purpose Open Top Rubber Matting

Workzone Matting is a heavy duty opencell 100% rubber mat. It’s suitable for a range of applications, including use in manufacturing and industrial environments. If you’re using the mat in an industrial environment, the honeycomb design helps to trap swarf and allow liquids to disperse quickly, making it a great choice for those on production lines.

The work zone rubber workstation mat has great anti-fatigue benefits. It’s ideal for use at workbenches where workers are on their feet all day and need a mat that will keep them comfortable and not cause any long-term health issues.

The Workzone industrial matting has a crush resistance of level. It’s suitable for heavy areas and offers impact resistance. With these benefits in mind, this matting is suitable for a wide range of applications and environments.

This mat is 13mm thick and available in a range of standard sizes, including rolls up to 6 metres in length.

Slip Resistant Level 3

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 2

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Crush Resistant Level 2

This mat has a crush resistance rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it is suitable for medium-duty applications with medium loads applied to the matting.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Soil Resistance Level 2

This rating indicates the weight of dust and dirt the mat can collect and cope with. With a score of 2 out of 3, this mat is suitable for use in areas with a medium level of dirt ingress that needs capturing.

Impact Resistant

Suitable for areas where there is a high chance of impacts striking the matting, it will also protect the underlying surface from impacts.

Wheeled Area

Designed for use with wheeled equipment like trolleys and pallet trucks.

Temperature Resistant -20°C to +130°C

This mat is resistant to extreme temperatures.

Disability Friendly

This mat is suitable for use by those with wheelchairs, mobility scooters or walking frames.

Dry Area

Suitable for use in dry areas.

Wet Zone

This matting can be used in wet areas.

Heavy Area

This matting is suitable for areas where heavy-weighted objects such as tools or implements are used.
