Blue Diamond Cellmax Rubber Roof & Walkway Matting - 100x150cm

The Cellmax rubber duckboard is a heavy-duty open-cell rubber mat designed to allow water, dirt, and debris to drain away, maintaining a clear walkway. The mat's ability to drain away standing water, alongside its anti-slip rating, makes it the ideal roof and construction site walkway matting solution.

Cellmax has been designed with completely flat edges, allowing it to be connected together using accessory connectors, creating a trip-free continuous mat. The Cellmax rubber construction site matting is rated level 3 for slip-resistance, anti-fatigue, and wear resistance, making it a great hardwearing solution for heavy industrial applications.

The Cellmax mat's anti-fatigue and crush-resistant rating make it suitable for manufacturing environments. The Cellmax matting comes in 100 x 150cm Black tiles. At 22mm thick, each mat weighs 15.5kg.

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 3 out of 3 (the best score), meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue for those standing for long periods. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

This mat has a crush resistance rating of 3 out of 3, meaning it is suitable for heavy-duty applications with heavier loads applied to the matting.

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.
