Blue Diamond Oilzone Anti-slip Mat

Oilzone Matting is a pre-cut anti-fatigue mat that offers exceptional grip while competently handling oil spray and swarf from CNC machines, metalworking equipment, and other assembly machinery. Having this mat around your assembly points and machinery can make staff more comfortable by reducing fatigue, which removes the distraction and allows them to concentrate on the task at hand.

The open-cell nature of this mat allows swarf, water, oil, and grease to pass through the top surface, stopping it from becoming a slip hazard. The mat's 100% nitrile rubber construction is also resistant to many chemicals, grease, and oil, making it easy to clean and hard-wearing.

This impact-resistant mat is supplied in pre-cut sizes that fit nicely into most workplace settings, making installation rapid and easy. A bevelled edge in a contrasting orange ensures that the mat at 22mm tall does not become a trip risk and smooths the transition between the floor and mat level.

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 3

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 3 out of 3 (the best score), meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue for those standing for long periods. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Chemical Resistant
