UltraCrete 6mm Tough Patch Permanent Cold-Lay Surface Repair 25kg

Tough Patch® provides an affordable but extremely durable cold-lay repair that cures rapidly and works the first time. Best of all, you can use it in all weathers - even when it’s raining. This makes it an ideal alternative to UltraCrete Instant Road Repair. 

Unlike resin-based materials that require dry conditions, Tough Patch contains UltraCrete’s own bitumen binder which reacts with water. You can even fix a pothole with a puddle in it because the water will actually help the product to cure.

The rapid-curing material means the road is instantly trafficable after compaction with a hand tamper or wacker plate. The repair causes minimal traffic disruption, and it also enhances safety as workers are in the road for a shorter time. 

With a depth of 15-100mm, the 6mm grade product is suitable for permanent, emergency, and temporary repairs in type 3 and 4 carriageways (such as footpaths, footways, cycle tracks, and lightly-trafficked roads).

Tough Patch is perfect for bitumen, asphalt, and cement paving and road substrates. You can use it to repair defects and potholes, as well as for trench reinstatement, utility installations, and patching in car parks and driveways. 

This product comes in either a 25kg foil bag or a 25kg resealable bucket. A 10mm grade version is also available for temporary repairs on roads or car parks with heavier traffic.
