Shallow Profile Dock Bumper

This shallow dock bumper is supplied as a complete three-part assembly only requiring suitable bolts to be installed on a loading bay. The slide-in design of this dock bumper allows the face plates to be changed when worn with ease. 

The three key components that make up this dock bumper include a yellow hard-wearing facing made from cast nylon; this can slide within the assembly, accommodating movement of vehicles and mitigating wear. A rear rubber packer acts as a shock absorber, cushioning the loading bay from impacts that would otherwise cause damage. The steel mounting bracket is a C profile, and can be installed onto any void-free and sound blockwork or concrete surface.

This low profile dock bumper can have its lifespan extended by 50% by flipping the facing pad over once it starts to show wear, shifting the most frequently contacted section of the protector to a different spot.
