Pro Forestry Helmet Kit, M3, SNR31, Specs, Cape & Harness

Our Pro chainsaw helmet kit is absolutely packed with features taking safety to the next level. It features an unvented EVO3 helmet with a wheel ratchet adjuster, Sonis Compact ear defenders, an M3 face Visor, EvoSpec integrated safety specs, a high visibility sun cape and a four-point chin strap for working at height.

The M3 mesh face guard is made from durable etched stainless steel, giving excellent visibility and protection from flying debris. The Evospecs ensure any fluid that splashes at your face is kept out of your eyes, whilst the EVO3 helmet protects you from debris falling from above. The added sun cape ensures that small debris does not fall down the back of your neck and prevents sunburn.

The addition of the linesman harness keeps the helmet in place in case of a knock. The Sonis Compact helmet-mounted ear defenders ensure that long hours wielding a chainsaw will not leave you hard of hearing with their SNR of 31dB.

HDPE Outer Shell

An outstanding exterior shell that exceeds the standards required to meet EN397, giving superior protection to competing products from other manufacturers.

Electrically Insulated

Meets EN 50365 Class 0 10KV standard. This standard applies to electrically insulated helmets used for working live or close to live parts on installations not exceeding 1000Vac or 1500Vdc.

Superior Comfort

A terylene six-point semi-fabric harness that cradles the crown of the head makes this helmet exceptionally comfortable without compromising levels of protection.

Chamlon Sweatband

Includes an easy-to-replace Egyptian cotton sweatband with a PU coating. It is dermatologically tested and wicks away sweat keeping your forehead dry and helmet comfortable.

3D Adjustment

The internal harness is vertically adjustable within the outer shell. Choose from three vertical positions by independently adjusting the poppers on each corner of the helmet.

Wheel Ratchet

A rotating wheel ratchet at the rear of the helmet facilitates easy adjustment, ensuring a secure fit. The ratchet can be one-hand adjusted with incredible granularity.

Universal Accessory Slots

Surefit universal accessory slots allow you to use JSP’s range of ear defenders and visors without compromising the performance or comfort of the helmet.

EVOSpec®

A game changer if you frequently have to wear safety glasses. Spectacles securely lock into the helmet and flip down, ensuring they are always on hand.

Branding Area

We can apply company logos to this helmet in four locations, including the front, back, and sides, ensuring everyone sees your branding from all directions.

Serviceable Ear Cups

Easy to replace ear cushions and sound-deadening foam can be purchased to refresh your ear defenders when needed. Significantly extended the lifespan of the ear defenders.

Excellent Fit

The ear cups have a full range of angle and height adjustments available, so you can be sure to get a perfect fit, seal, and pressure distribution on the ear.

All Day Comfort

The adjustability and quality sealing rings work together with the moulded headband to make these ear defenders exceptionally comfortable and suitable for all-day use.

31 SNR

When worn correctly, these headphones will reduce the sound level the ears are exposed to by 31 dB. The Sonis Compact is Designed and developed by JSP with leading acoustic engineering experts.

Flip Up Storage

The ear cups can be rotated out of the way when not in use, keeping them secure on top of the helmet and helping prevent dirt and grime from getting into the ear cups.

Flip Up Visor

The EVOGuard visor attached to this browguard can be flipped out of the way when it is not in use.

Etched Stainless Steel

The M3 visor features an etched stainless steel mesh that offers increased robustness against impacts. It has been tested to EN 1731 F, keeping the whole face safe.

Visible Light Transmission

The M3 visor gives an outstanding 80% transmittance of visible light, ensuring you can see what you are working on even in the shadows of a forest canopy.

EvoSpec Included

These integrated drop down spectacles ensure your eyes are kept safe from flying fluids. Their retractable function also ensures the specs are kept safe and with you at all times.

Hi-Visibility Sun Cape

Prevents debris & water going down your neck whilst also preventing sunburn with its UPF50 rating. It can quickly be detached when not needed and is flame-retardant.

Linesman Harness

A four-point, easy-to-adjust harness with a quick-release chin strap ensures that the helmet stays in place during extreme movements. Compliant with EN 397.
