Plastic L-Shaped Flood Barrier - 1000 x 850 x 750

These super-lightweight flood defence barriers are very effective when deployed against rising floodwater and runoff. Each section interlocks with the next, creating an unbroken barrier that can be used to both contain and divert water.

This unique product works in a completely different way to traditional flood barriers that require additional heavy ballast or tight-sealing blow-moulded sections. Instead, this flood barrier uses the weight of the water it retains or redirects to form a seal at ground level, keeping the barrier upright. The performance of this barrier improves as the water level increases.

To be effective, this barrier must be deployed on a flat surface so it can form a seal (otherwise, water will simply pass underneath). Each section can be stacked for easy transport, and interlocked sections can be manoeuvred without disassembly, making quick last-minute deployment changes easy.
