PDP P5-WC Concrete Wet Core Diamond Drill Bit 20 x 300mm with BSP Male Thread (½") DC11400

The P5-WC wet diamond cores are designed for drilling into concrete and reinforced concrete by using suitable diamond drill motors that run at appropriate speeds. The machine speed is mainly dependent on the core size and strength of the concrete. Ideally a drilling rig stand is recommended as this can be fixed down to ensure there is no movement in the set-up, however for smaller diameters it is possible to use some diamond motors handheld. A constant flow of water of up to 2 litres per minute is advisable on most reinforced concrete applications so a direct mains water feed is thoroughly recommended. The P5-WC wet cores can also be used to drill most hard natural stones. 10mm to 35mm cores are 10mm high crown design segments. Sizes 38mm to 500mm are made using 10mm high segments.
