Description

JSP Powercap Active IP Powered Respirator

The JSP PowerCap Active IP is the impact-resistant version of the PowerCap Active Standard. It is a great powered air respirator that conforms to EN12941 and EN 812. This simple yet effective respirator allows you to work with low-hazard airborne particulate pollutants that would otherwise require an FFP2 or equivalent mask, all whilst protecting your eyes and face from flying debris.

The PowerCap Active IP is built with a thicker visor than the standard variant and is suitable for use in areas where face impact protection is required to EN166.1B.

The lightweight yet ergonomic design of the PowerCap Active IP makes it ideal for use in poultry farms, food processing and workshop applications where ease of movement is necessary. Like its bigger brother the PowerCap Infinity, this powered respirator offers head protection; it is built onto a JSP HardCap A1+ offering protection for the scalp from bumps and scrapes whilst working.

Protects the user from dust and other airborne hazards to EN 12941 TH1P. The assigned protection factor of this unit is 10.

This PowerCap Active is rated B for impact, meaning it can whitstand impacts of up to 120m/s.

Facial Hair Friendly

If you have facial hair, this is one of the only ways to protect yourself from common hazardous dust types encountered on site.

No Face Fit Test Needed

The PowerCap Infinity uses a pocket of filtered, above-ambient-pressure air around the face to keep out hazardous dust particles.

Anti Fog

The constant flow of clean filtered air keeps fogging from exhaled air at bay. By constantly moving out, any exhaled air containing moisture condensation has no chance to set in.

Integrated Head Protection

The JSP Hardcap A1+ Bump Cap protects the wearer from bumps and scrapes on site while being comfortable to wear.

No Need For Hourly Breaks

Unlike tight fitting RPE, there is no need to take a break every hour to rest; you can simply get on with the task at hand.

160 Litres Per Minute

The PowerCap Active delivers 160 litres per minute of purified air, making it suitable even for high-intensity jobs with high physical exertion.

Battery Life

Get up to 8 hours of working time from each battery pack charge, allowing you to put in a good shift before having to recharge.

From visor protectors to replacement chargers and pre-filters there is a huge range of accessories to support your PowerCap Active, ensuring you can get the most out of it.

Easy Change Filters

The filters can be quickly and easily swapped out for replacements when required using the twist and lock fitting.
