This raised collision rail is an excellent alternative to the low profile Black Bull collision bars, especially for areas where a continuous rail is required. The modular design allows many sections to be linked together using connecting adapters (sold separately), ensuring no gaps. In addition to this, a 50mm hole in each support leg facilitates the easy running of power cables and airlines.
These straight Black Bull collision protection bars come in three lengths, with corner units also available, allowing almost any rail layout to be achieved. As a result, they provide exceptional protection against impacts from low-level intrusions, such as those frequently seen when pallet trucks, wheeled trolleys, and forklift trucks are in use. In addition, the powder-coated finish of the rails makes them perfect for use indoors and easily distinguished visually.
As these raised rails are bolted down, they are very quick and straightforward to install, each section requiring only eight fixing bolts (available separately here). This modularity means they can be fitted quickly around vulnerable machinery and along high traffic lanes without disrupting operations or production. Fabricated from 76mm tube with a 3mm wall thickness, these rails are very durable.
Even lower profile and feature black contrasting bands for enhanced visibility.
These hoop barriers can protect from forklift truck impacts and feature under run protection.
