    These low-level crash rails offer protection specifically against pallet trucks and trollies that are too low to be arrested by traditional hoop barriers and guard railing systems. They sit right against the floor, ensuring that even an empty pallet truck cannot underrun the barrier. They also offer protection against collisions that could injure ankles or feet should the worst happen.

    Low-level impact protection rails are very easy to install and can be quickly bolted down to most solid concrete floors without specialist equipment or training, meaning most maintenance teams are able to install these barriers quickly and improve protection levels. These rails come in an array of formats, including inline and corner protection designs, facilitating the protection of even the most vulnerable pieces of equipment.

    Key Considerations when Purchasing Your Low-Level Collision Rails

    Surface Installation

    Is the surface strong enough to hold the fixings of a collision rail?

    Installation Environment

    Do you need a rail suitable for outdoor use? If so, a galvanised and painted item will be essential to prevent rust and corrosion.

    Cable & Hose Trunking

    Do you need a system that can accommodate hoses or pipes, allowing them to run around a work area without becoming a trip risk or exposed to damage?
