Black Bull Flex HD Heavy Duty Industrial Bollard

This specialist heavy duty bollard from Black Bull is perfect for industrial and commercial environments where large and heavy vehicles are operating. The feature that sets this bollard apart from many other bollards out there is its flexibility. By combining an internal spring and an elastic polyurethane buffer, the bollard can absorb impacts, preventing floor fixings from being damaged, and also preventing damage to the bollard and minimising damage to any vehicle making contact. 

This feature can save heavy repair bills for all parties involved while still allowing it to offer sufficient protection for lamp posts, equipment, buildings and infrastructure. 

The post can flex up to 25% and still return to its original upright position, giving a clear warning to any vehicle making contact before fully arresting it. The HD Flex bollard comes in two heights and has a chunky 159mm diameter. Two options are available for installation: indoors or outdoors. Both feature a contrasting black and yellow design, with the outdoor option being galvanised in addition to painted to prevent corrosion should the painted finish become compromised in a collision. Installation requires four bolts (not included) per unit.
