Anti-Rotational Sign Clips / Post Clips With Rubber Sleeve Multiple Size Options

When fixing road signs on busy carriageways, such as ring roads, Rubber-Coated Post Clips can help reduce the risk of sign fixings loosening due to excessive vibration.

Each clip comes with a pre-attached rubber sleeve inside. It also includes everything needed to attach signs securely to signposts: M8 bolts, nuts and washers, as well as a backing plate for added rigidity. The clip itself is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which will likely outlast the post it is attached to.

These post clips are only available in larger sizes, as they are not required for smaller-diameter posts. If you are looking for fixings for smaller posts, you can find our standard anti-rotational sign clips here.

Step 1

Hold your post mountable sign against the pole. Slot the square-headed bolt into one side of the rail and the small, shaped end of the clip into the other.

Step 2

Pinch the clip over the bolt and firmly hold in place with one hand while using your free hand to tighten the nut enough so that the clamp supports the weight. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the bottom clip.

Step 3

Check the front of the sign to ensure it is perfectly vertical, before tightening all bolts with a spanner or ratchet to secure the sign.

Rigid 'D' Clip

For 76mm / 3" diameter poles. The rigid-'D' clamp is designed to be specifically used with 76mm poles.

Back-to-Back Clips

These are used if you need to have two signs mounted on one pole back to back and are only compatible with the 76mm rigid clip. To mount two signs back to back you would require two Rigid 'D' clips and two sets of the Back-to-back clips.

Universal Clamp

This is the page for this clamp. It works with any pole from 45mm to 217mm including odd pole profiles. However, they are not compatible with back-to-back clips.
