Traffic Line Floor Mounted Pipe Protector
The Traffic Line floor-mounted drain pipe protector is a great way to prevent accidental damage to drain pipes and cables. The tubular construction of the protector offers great protection from accidental crushing caused by pallets, vehicles and forklifts.
The entire frame of this traffic line vertical pipe protector is galvanised and powder-coated. This combination finish means that it can be installed both inside and outside. The galvanised steel finish offers protection against corrosion should the powder-coated yellow finish ever become compromised. Yellow and black contrasting bands on the protector ensure that the guard is highly visible and can easily be seen.
The protector can be installed quickly and easily by two workers, with the average installation taking less than 20 minutes. The guard is quickly and easily installed using eight fixings, four into the wall and four into the floor. To ensure you get a good fit we recommend buying our fixings which are available separately. - 48mm Construction - The frame of the vertical external pipe protector is made from 48mm diameter tube with a 2mm wall thickness. This makes this pipe protector exceptionally strong yet compact.
- High Visibility - Yellow and black bands give visual warning, mitigating accidents before they even happen.
- Suitable For Indoor or Outdoor Use - This pipe protector can be used to protect internal and external pipes.
- Galvanised Steel Finish - A hot-dip applied coating beneath the powder coated finish ensures that rust will be held at bay. Even if the yellow finish is damaged the galvanised finish will prevent rust setting in.
- Two Sizes Available - Available in both 1m and 1.5m tall variants to suit your requirements.
- Large Internal Space - Within the cage there is space to accommodate circular pipes with a diameter of up to 249mm. This allows most common drain pipes to fit with ease.
- Fixings Sold Separately - 8 Fixings are required for each guard. These can be purchased online.
