Autopa Galvanised EV & Column Protector Hoop Guard
This hoop guard is made from galvanised steel, the ideal piece of equipment for protecting sign posts, EV charging points and sign posts in supermarket car parks. The galvanised steel finish makes this hoop guard cost-effective and exceptionally corrosion-resistant, bettered only by the stainless steel alternative.
When installing this hoop guard, you have two fitment options: cast in or bolt down. The cast-in option is ideal for new installations where it can be secured into new concrete foundations. If you already have a sound foundation in place, you can use the bolt-down option; this uses 6 fixings per protector and does not require any excavations to be made.
Available in multiple diameters and sizes, there is a choice for almost every location, allowing you to install heavier-duty guards where required and lighter-duty in less vulnerable areas. All height and width measurements are “above ground”, so for cast-in items, you should anticipate the total height will be taller than the described height.

- Choice Of Sizes - This hoop barrier is available in several sizes to protect different equipment types. Tube diameters available include 48mm, 76mm and 90mm.
- Durable Galvanised Steel - These guards are hot dip galvanised, which is a cost-efficient and very effective way of preventing corrosion on steel items. This means rust is kept at bay.
- Bolt Down Or Cast In - Choose between a cast-in or bolt-down design. The cast-in design requires an excavation to be installed. The bolt-down variant is ideal for existing concrete surfaces.
- Fixings Not Included - If purchasing the bolt-down variety, fixings are not included. You will need six fixings per protector.
- Custom Colours Available - If you want this item powder-coated, we can have it powder-coated in a range of colours. Please ask for details.
