The SafeStart H500 Hard Hat Visor Basic Kit provides integrated head and respiratory protection in a single, compact solution. With TH3/APF40 certification, it offers twice the protection of many competing units (TH2/APF20), ensuring peace of mind even in high-risk conditions.

EN 12941:2023 TH3 P R SL – The Complete unit, including all its components: powered air purifying respirator system, providing the highest level of particulate protection (≤0.2% inward leakage) against solid and liquid aerosols, using a reusable particulate filter. This is the highest UK standard available. (TH3/APF40)

The blower unit offers five adjustable airflow settings from 180 l/min up to 240 l/min, surpassing many competitors’ maximum 180 l/min output. The high-efficiency filter has a six-month replacement interval, compared to the standard 28-day cycle in other units, reducing downtime and maintenance requirements.
