Description

EVOGuard C3-MAX Industrial Visor From JSP

The EVOGuard C3-Max is the larger version of the C1 face shield; it has all the benefits of its smaller sibling, yet enhances it with a longer profile that covers the chin. It can be installed using the included hinges onto compatible EVO helmets and JSP brow guards, allowing you to pivot the visor up and out of the way when not required.

It offers exceptional protection for the face from flying debris travelling up to 190m/s when mounted to a helmet and 160m/s when mounted to a brow guard. It also provides protection from chemical and liquid splashes and droplets whilst still allowing you to wear half-mask RPE such as the Force 8. This compatibility makes it excellent for use with high-pressure cleaning equipment in food plants where cleaning agent splashback can be problematic if they come in contact with the eye and facial soft tissues.

The EVOGuard visor attached to this browguard can be flipped out of the way when it is not in use.

Impact Resistance (Brow Guard)

Offering a B impact rating, the C2 visor, when mounted onto a Browguard, can protect against medium energy impacts at 120m/s).

Impact Resistance (Helmet)

When attached to a compatible JSP EVO helmet, the C2 Visor is capable of withstanding High Energy Impact (190m/s), keeping your face safe from flying debris that could otherwise scar or blind.

Prescription Glasses Compatible

You can wear these over spectacles with prescription glasses without interference. Ensuring your vision is clear at all times.

UV Protection

2: UV filter (EN170) protects from harmful UV. UV 2C-1.2 2: UV filter (EN170) protects from harmful UV. C: Unimpaired colour perception. 1.2: High light transmission.

Hot Particle Impact Protection

Can protect from high-speed particles at extreme temperatures such as those seen whilst grinding or matching steel and other materials.

Splash Protection

Level 3 splash protection ensures you are safe from splashes and liquid droplets where the shield covers the face.

Molten metal protection

Rated 9, The face visor can protect from molten metal droplets often seen whilst grinding and welding.

No Distortion Optics

Optical class 1 high-grade integral glasses will not distort vision, ensuring that lights in dark environments do not cause streaking or staring, causing significant safety issues.
