JSP EVO VISTAlens Dualswitch With JSP Sonis Ear Defenders Hard Hat Kit

With this kit, you get three types of protection in one package: a hard hat, ear defenders, and safety glasses. And as genuine JSP components, they all fit together perfectly for your convenience and comfort.

The high-performance helmet keeps you safe with a CR2 reflectivity kit and an enhanced EPP liner. The integrated safety glasses have anti-scratch and anti-mist properties, and they retract neatly into the front of the helmet when not in use so that you’re never without them.

With helmet-mounted Sonis ear defenders, your hearing protection will also be on hand whenever you need it (and stored neatly on top of the helmet when you don’t). You can choose the level of protection you need for your environment:

• Sonis 1: SNR 26

• Sonis Compact: SNR 31

•Sonis 3: SNR 36

The hard hat and ear defenders are adjustable for an optimum fit, and you can also wear prescription glasses under the safety spectacles.

Key features

HDPE Outer Shell

An outstanding exterior shell that exceeds the standards required to meet EN397, giving superior protection to competing products from other manufacturers.

6-Point Head Cradle

A comfortable 6-point fabric internal harness ensures that the wearer is always comfortable. It keeps the safety shell away from the crown of the head and helps absorb impacts.

Chamlon Sweatband

Includes an easy-to-replace Egyptian cotton sweatband with a PU coating. It is dermatologically tested and wicks away sweat keeping your forehead dry and helmet comfortable.

3D Adjustment

The internal harness is vertically adjustable within the outer shell. Choose from three vertical positions by independently adjusting the poppers on each corner of the helmet.

Wheel Ratchet

A rotating wheel ratchet at the rear of the helmet facilitates easy adjustment, ensuring a secure fit. The ratchet can be one-hand adjusted with incredible granularity.

Universal Accessory Slots

Surefit universal accessory slots allow you to use JSP’s range of ear defenders and visors without compromising the performance or comfort of the helmet.

Vented

This helmet features air vents along the top ridge, allowing hot air to naturally circulate freely out of the helmet, drawing in cooler air. This convection cools the helmet interior.

EVOSpec®

A game changer if you frequently have to wear safety glasses. Spectacles securely lock into the helmet and flip down, ensuring they are always on hand.

Branding Area

We can apply company logos to this helmet in four locations, including the front, back, and sides, ensuring everyone sees your branding from all directions.

Prescription Glasses Compatible

You can wear these over spectacles with prescription glasses without interference. Ensuring your vision is clear at all times.

Force 8 Compatible

You can wear the integral safety glasses with Force8 Press-to-check half masks. The nose piece and chins meet without interference providing improved protection.

Anti Fog & Anti Scratch Lens

The integrated safety glasses have both a K-rated anti-scratch coating and an N-rated anti-mist and fogging coating, keeping your vision as clear as possible.

No Distortion Optics

Optical class 1 high-grade integral glasses will not distort vision, ensuring that lights in dark environments do not cause streaking or staring, causing significant safety issues.

UV Protection

2: UV filter (EN170) protects from harmful UV. UV 2C-1.2 2: UV filter (EN170) protects from harmful UV. C: Unimpaired colour perception. 1.2: High light transmission.

Integrated Eye Protection

EN166.1.FT tested Fully adjustable and easily replaced integral eyewear with a stowaway function. The lens is fitted with a TRP seal for added comfort and protection.

Safety Shell

The VistaLens features a pocket in the front of the helmet that not only contains the safety glasses in their stowed position but also prevents materials from travelling over the safety specs.

Low Voltage Insulated

EN50365 testing ensures that the VISTAlens is safe for use around low voltage installations, offering reliable protection against shocks up to AC 1000 V or DC 1500V.

Molten Metal Tested

The shell offers protection from molten metal contact, with the shell deformation remaining under 10mm. This can protect from splashes when welding and casting.

DUALSWITCH Ground Working

With the chinstrap switch in the EN397 position, the strap reliably gives way between 150 and 250 Newtons, preventing the wearer from hanging or trapping.

DUALSWITCH Working at Height

In the EN12492 position, the chin strap requires greater than 500 Newtons of force before giving way, ensuring the helmet is not lost in a fall.

EPP Liner

An internal EPP liner gives greater side impact resistance of 25 joules, as required in EN12492. The liner is also vented to keep your head cool while working.

Serviceable Ear Cups

Easy to replace ear cushions and sound-deadening foam can be purchased to refresh your ear defenders when needed. Significantly extended the lifespan of the ear defenders.

Excellent Fit

The ear cups have a full range of angle and height adjustments available, so you can be sure to get a perfect fit, seal, and pressure distribution on the ear.

All Day Comfort

The adjustability and quality sealing rings work together with the moulded headband to make these ear defenders exceptionally comfortable and suitable for all-day use.

26 SNR

When worn correctly, these headphones will reduce the sound level the ears are exposed to by 26 dB. The Sonis Compact is Designed and developed by JSP with leading acoustic engineering experts.

31 SNR

When worn correctly, these headphones will reduce the sound level the ears are exposed to by 31 dB. The Sonis Compact is Designed and developed by JSP with leading acoustic engineering experts.

36 SNR

When worn correctly, these headphones will reduce the sound level the ears are exposed to by 36 dB. The Sonis Compact is Designed and developed by JSP with leading acoustic engineering experts.

Flip Up Storage

The ear cups can be rotated out of the way when not in use, keeping them secure on top of the helmet and helping prevent dirt and grime from getting into the ear cups.

Colour Coded Design

A simple colour coding system makes grabbing the right SNR rating of Sonis ear defenders easy. Green is for low attenuation, Orange is for mid, and red is for high attenuation.
