The non-abrasive anti-slip surface improves grip on slippery surfaces, like well-worn carpeted stairs, and can also be applied to areas exposed to bare feet or water. The tape is easy to clean due to the lack of peaks and valleys which harbor bacteria and damage cleaning equipment.
