EcoGrid E80 Ultra-Heavy Duty Ground Reinforcement Grid System - 330mm x 330mm x 80mm (8mm thick)

The EcoGrid E80 is the heaviest-duty Ecogrid product in the range. It stands 80mm tall and has a wall thickness that surpasses other girds in the range. This all makes it ultra-tough and capable of bearing the load of some of the heaviest vehicles out there without breaking a sweat.

When properly installed then E80 grid can withstand loads of up to 1500 tonnes per square meter, this makes it well suited to areas that host fun fairs, concerts and even air shows, where heavy lifting equipment like cranes and fork lifts can often put down heavy point loads. It is also compatible with E50 grid, meaning it can be used where HGV traffic frequently turns for extra durability, while keeping the rest of an area as E50.

Each tile of the E80 is 333x333mm in size, with a wall thickness of 8mm. This smaller tile size allows you to easily alter and tile the grid to fit around complex shapes. If you do need to trim the grid to fit against an adjacent surface this can easily be done with a powered circular saw with sufficient cutting depth.

The E80, when in position, can be filled with either gravel or grass, allowing the area to freely drain rainwater away without the risk of localised flooding caused by excessive water runoff.
