Blue Diamond Cushion Link Open Top Interlocking Anti-Fatigue Mat 100% Nitrile 92x92cm

The Cushion Link Open Top Nitrile matting is made from 100% nitrile rubber, making it exceptionally resistant to grease and oil while still providing excellent traction, wear resistance, and anti-fatigue support.

The matting's open-cell design allows fluids and swarf to pass freely, making it the ideal solution for machine shops where lathes and other equipment are operating. It can also be installed both indoors and outdoors, making it suitable for a range of industries.

The tiling nature of this mat makes installation very simple and fast. Tapered edges make the transition from floor to mat easy to navigate without tripping and allow wheeled materials handling equipment to pass over. Overall, this capable mat is the perfect companion for the manufacturing industry. This mat is compatible with other Cushion link mats in the range.

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 3

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 3 out of 3 (the best score), meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue for those standing for long periods. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Chemical Resistant

Flame Retardant

This mat has flame-retardant properties, slowing and restricting the spread of fire.
