Flame resistant sock in a modacrylic and cotton blend with antistatic function. Developed to be used in normal temperatures, both indoors and outdoors. The sock has an elastic foot arch support for a good fit and cushioning in the sole, heel and toe for increased comfort. Certified according to EN 1149-5 and EN ISO 14116.
Features materials and design that dissipates electrostatic charges when used as part of a total earthed system. This is not effective against mains voltage.
The fabric of this item has been tested for flame spread. An Index 3 rating means that no flaming debris or afterglow can spread to non-carbonised areas, and no holes can form upon contact with fire. The material's afterflame time must also not exceed two seconds.
