3M Permanent Road Stud 290, Double-Sided, Blue

These genuine 3M blue cats' eyes feature blue reflectors and a blue body, making them ideal for small airfields, airports, and aerodromes where illuminated markers are not required. The reflectors on this cat's eye are placed on either side of its body, making it illuminate in the lights of approaching vehicles when approached from either direction.

These markers are generally installed along the edges of taxiways, helping aircraft find their way to and from the runway. They also serve the purpose of being distinctly different from the other colours of markings used on other areas of an airfield, ensuring that runways are never confused for taxiways and vice-versa.

These studs are easy to apply and can be installed either with hot melt adhesive or some of our cold-applied products. Both methods are extremely durable.
