16mm x 200mm Nylon Frame Fixing With Flanged Head (Suitable For Park-It Wheel Stop)

This quality Nylon frame fixing is recommended for securely anchoring our Park-It wheel stops in place. The fixing requires a total hole depth of 200mm at 16mm in diameter.

Installation of these fixings could not be easier.

For Park-it installations;

• Drill a 10mm pilot hole through the bottom of the fixing into the floor to mark where the main fixing needs to be drilled.
• Move the park it aside and drill a hole with a 16 mm diameter using one of our 16mm SDS drill bits. 
• Place the wheel stop back in position and hammer the plug through the wheel stop and into the floor. Ensure the plug collar is flush with the shoulder inside the Park-It wheel stop fixing hole.
• Screw the bolt into the plug, tightening it until it is clamped flush to the head of the plug using a 19mm socket.

For Standard Installations;

• Drill through both items using a multi-material bit or a pilot hole, followed by a 16mm SDS bit. 
• Push the plug through both items.
• Tighten the screw into the plug using a 19mm socket.
