About
Acoustic Barriers
Our acoustic barriers create an “acoustic shadow” by trapping noise - they can absorb the noise created by a disc saw cutting concrete by up to 50%. This minimises disruption and annoyance to businesses and residents when noisy work is taking place. You’ll often see acoustic barriers used around generators or cutting stations.
The barriers have reinforced eyelets so you can use cable ties or bungee cords to secure them in place. The lightweight construction makes them easy to transport and store, but they still offer high-tensile strength and crack resistance - and they’re also resistant to fire, water, and UV light.
It’s easy to attach the barriers to or suspend them from temporary or permanent fencing, and you can also link multiple barriers seamlessly to create a larger structure. We sell single barriers or packs of three (the packs come with tie-wraps and push rivet joiners).
