UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate Floor Leveller

UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate is a high-performance, single-part smoothing underlayment with semi-rapid curing properties, ideal for a wide range of flooring projects. Its advanced formulation combines cements, polymers, graded fillers, and additives to create a free-flowing mix with excellent adhesion to almost all substrates. The inclusion of Envirobead technology—comprising 20% recycled material—enhances application while reducing environmental impact.

Suitable for use over various subfloors, including those with old adhesive residues, such as Bitchumen. UltraTile Pro Level Ultimate, can be applied at depths of 2–12mm, and up to 30mm over solid substrates like concrete. It requires no priming, making preparation faster and more efficient. This product is also designed for use with underfloor heating systems, providing added versatility across installations.

Each 20kg unit offers consistent results and is classified as CT-C12-F5. It achieves walk-on hardness in just 2–2.5 hours at 20°C, and floor coverings can be applied after only 4 hours (at 3mm depth), allowing for quick project turnaround without compromising performance.
