JSP EVOLite Skyworker Micro Peak Wheel Ratchet Safety Helmet Vented

The EVOlite Skyworker is a helmet built from the ground up for use at height. It uses the ultralightweight shell of the standard EVOlite, reinforced with a lightweight yet strong EPS liner to give added side protection, as is required by EN12492.

A four-point chin strap with a quick-release buckle ensures the helmet stays firmly on the wearer's head. The chin strap conforms to EN 12492, meaning it takes more than 500 newtons of force to break. The force required does, however, mean that the helmet's chin strap is not compliant with EN397; with this in mind, if you intend to wear your helmet at ground level, you should consider a helmet with a dualswitch harness.

A micro-peak makes upward visibility easy without tilting the neck back too far. This variant also features a vented crown for added airflow and a wheel ratchet adjuster, which work together to keep your head comfortable. The JSP EVOlite Skyworker helmet is an exceptional choice for industrial and commercial working at heights; it also is suitable for mountaineering, rescue, and leisure activities.

Lightweight

The ABS shell of this helmet is reinforced with an EPS liner that works together to produce a lightweight yet capable defence against impacts from all angles.

6-Point Head Cradle

A comfortable 6-point fabric internal harness ensures that the wearer is always comfortable. It keeps the safety shell away from the crown of the head and helps absorb impacts.

Chamlon Sweatband

Includes an easy-to-replace Egyptian cotton sweatband with a PU coating. It is dermatologically tested and wicks away sweat keeping your forehead dry and helmet comfortable.

Vented

This helmet features air vents along the top ridge, allowing hot air to naturally circulate freely out of the helmet, drawing in cooler air. This convection cools the helmet interior.

3D Adjustment

The internal harness is vertically adjustable within the outer shell. Choose from three vertical positions by independently adjusting the poppers on each corner of the helmet.

Wheel Ratchet

A rotating wheel ratchet at the rear of the helmet facilitates easy adjustment, ensuring a secure fit. The ratchet can be one-hand adjusted with incredible granularity.

Universal Accessory Slots

Surefit universal accessory slots allow you to use JSP’s range of ear defenders and visors without compromising the performance or comfort of the helmet.

Four Point Harness

A mountaineering style four-point chin strap ensures that the helmet stays firmly in place in the event of a fall. Compliant with EN12942 requiring more than 500 newtons to break.

Branding Areas

We can apply company logos to this helmet in four locations, including the front, back, and sides, ensuring everyone sees your branding from all directions.

Micro Peak

A short profile peak allows the wearer to look upward without tilting the head back; this is essential for working at height and communicating with colleagues above you.
