Vehicle Length Restriction in Place 629.1
This permanent sign face shows a goods vehicle and a maximum vehicle length indication. This is used to prohibit any vehicles from the area that do not meet the permitted criteria. These restrictions are often due to the physical limitations of the road ahead, such as a succession of tight bends.
When ordering this sign you can customise the vehicle measurements to your requirements. Acceptable variants are in either feet and inches or in metres to one decimal place.
For more information on how to properly deploy this sign and its meanings please refer to Chapter 3 of the TSRGD guidelines. A link to these guidelines can be found on our regulations page where we link to all relevant and useful traffic guidelines.
