When digging a trench for a cable or gas pipe, you don't want to waste time digging anything wider than you absolutely need to. This cuts down on time spent digging and the amount of material that subsequently needs backfilling into the trench. The 1 Way Cable Layer is the perfect tool for this job as it has a leading edge just wider than a standard single pipe.
The head of this spade is forged from a single piece of steel and is a solid socket design, meaning there are no welds to add weak points. Its narrow design allows this spade to neatly and efficiently cut through soil whilst digging trenches on farms or on-site.
