Black Bull HGV Parking Bollard
The Black Bull HGV Parking Aid Bollard is designed specifically for use with our Black Bull HGV Wheel Guides. At only 500mm tall, it is squat and very sturdy, with a diameter of 159mm, making this one of the chunkiest bollards that we sell, which, of course, is important considering it is designed to prevent HGV’s reversing between bays and causing damage.
These posts are available in a range of colours to match the aesthetics of your property or to intentionally contrast with the surroundings to make it easier to see and avoid. To prevent corrosion and make them suitable for outdoor use, these posts have been hot dip galvanised before any finish is applied. This process keeps corrosion at bay even if the powder coating is compromised through abrasion.
Installation is easy, requiring four bolts (not included) to be inserted through the ultra-thick 15mm base plate. They require no excavation, making installation of these a fast and painless process, a stark contrast from cast-in alternatives.
Key Features of the Black Bull HGV Parking Post
- Extremely Strong Construction - These bollards are extremely durable, with a 159mm diameter and 4.5mm wall thickness. The base plate is 250 mm x 250 mm with a 15mm thickness.
- Easy Installation - These posts are installed by bolting them in place, requiring 4 fixings per post. As they are not cast in, there is no spoil to remove, meaning that installation only requires a suitable drill, socket set and fixings.
- Choice Of Colours - Choose from a selection of colours that best suit your requirements, including red bands on a plain galvanised, red bands on a white powder-coated post, and black bands on a yellow post.
- Hot Dip Galvanised - All variants, including coloured options, are galvanised to protect from rust. This ensures the rails will not corrode even if the powder coating is compromised through impact or wear.
