Steel or HPL Cladding to Build Your Own Procity Modulo Enclosure, Fence or Divider
Build your own Procity Modulo Shelter, fence or divider using high-pressure laminate (HPL) or sheet steel cladding instead of glass. This makes the shelter incredibly durable and suitable for enclosing equipment such as bins and shopping trolleys, providing robust resistance to abrasion, corrosion and year-round weather events while looking as good as new for years into the future.
A totally modular solution that readily adapts to the needs of your space, simply select your required number of posts and pick your preferred side panel style to complete your customised enclosure, fencing or divider.
Choose the number of posts required first, and select your required cladding on this page. Each slat of cladding is attached to a post using 2 M8 bolts, for a total of 14 bolts.
Cladding Choice
We offer the choice of 2 different cladding materials when designing your own Modulo enclosure:
HPL
- Thickness of 13 mm.
- Length 750 mm or 1500 mm
- Panel comprises 7 horizontal slats.
- Beautiful mahogany or light oak stain finish
Sheet Steel
- Panel in Venice style
- Length 750 mm or 1500 mm
- Zinc primed finish and painted in your choice of Procity’s 10 RAL colours (call us for other colours).
These cladding styles are ideal for building robust structures that must take a beating year-round, such as bin, smoking, and trolley shelters.

Entrance
If the bins used inside your shelter are narrower than 1100mm, consider including a Front Cladding and Support Post to provide further protection to your bins while keeping them out of sight.
Measuring 1.4m in length, this cladding is intentionally slightly shorter than standard side cladding pieces, functioning as a physical or visual barrier. This design creates a larger opening, allowing individuals entering or exiting the shelter to comfortably manoeuvre with a bin in tow.
Ready-Designed Shelters
Designed as an easy-to-install solution for both Biffa and wheelie bin storage, prebuilt Modulo shelters offer some versatility with six different configurations. Choose from two widths, 2.5m or 5m, and three depths: 2m, 3.4m, and 4.8m.
These come with a roof, which features anti-UV-treated 10mm thick cellular polycarbonate panels, ensuring durability and protection from the sun as much as the rain.
