Voute XXL Bike Shelter Extra Large Coverage

The Voute XXL bike shelter is the big brother to the Standard Voute Bike shelter. This extra-large sibling is multi-functional as its size permits it to be used as a covered walkway in addition to a cycle storage area.

Like its smaller counterpart, The Voute XXL is made from high-grade materials including galvanised steel box section framework. All steelwork on this bike shelter is galvanised then carefully prepared for paint. When choosing your shelter you can select from a number of standardised RAL colours that match in with the Procity Range.

The roof of this shelter features UV stabilised cellular polycarbonate that is hard wearing and will not turn brittle in the sun. This version of the shelter comes with only roof cladding panels, all side and rear cladding panels are available separately.

The extension module for this shelter can be used to infinitely extend the shelter, turning it into a covered walkway, or just a huge bike shelter.

Supplied as a pair these panels can be used to close the ends of the shelter, providing further shielding against the elements.

These panels are specifically designed to fit into the extension sections of the Voute XXL.

Voute XXL Bike Shelter Installation

The Voute XXL Multifunctional shelter is one of many shelters in the range that is bolted down rather than being cast into the ground. Each leg section features a steel plate with bolt holes to allow the shelter to be firmly secured to the ground.

This does mean that a quality hard foundation should already be present, whether that be concrete or tarmac of sufficient depth and size.

Do Not Forget Your Bike Stands

The Voute XXL does not have an integrated cycle stand, so you will need to purchase a cycle stand or rack that suits your needs. The Province bike rack and conviviale bike racks make great choices for this shelter. Alternatively, the reinforced Sheffield stand is also a fantastic fit.
